Luxury braid salon policy are a set of rules that define boundaries and procedures regarding our clients’ behavior

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE ! It's your responsibility to make sure you read all the instructions . Thank You!

$25 non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance of your hair should only be paid cash .

Late arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 72hours prior to the appointment or cancel your appointment via the acuity scheduling link or If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment . Cancellations that break these rules will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again.

Late cancellations

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, if you feel a braid is too tight let us know immediately during the service it is your responsibility and we will redo it immediately because once your process is completed, we will not be responsible and full price will be charge for another service.

please check your hair before leaving the salon because no refunds are offered once service is rendered.

payment is due prior to completion of service.

Service guarantee & refunds

For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have any allergies to certain products also you are welcome to bring your own. If any allergic reaction occurs, neither we will hold at fault.

Arrive with your hair washed, detangled ,stretched and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome or add on the service.

Don't use any oil or product in your hair the day of your appointment .

If your hair is short less than 4 inches to ensure that we will be able to do the service you need, also if you have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged you have to come at the salon prior before making an appointment for a consultation.

Hair Allergies & Caution

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service and who doesn’t respect the policy.

Right to refuse service

As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
